We had an amazing experience at Pastel Pizza, the food truck that serves up vibrant and delicious pockets of heaven! Located in the bustling streets of Houston, this  pizza pockets originally called Pastelitos joint on wheels has gained a reputation for its unique and colorful creations that will blow your mind. When I first laid eyes on their beautiful pizzas, I couldn't believe how stunning they were. Not only are the pizzas pastelitos a visual treat, but the flavors are equally amazing!

The variety of toppings is incredible, and each pizza Pastelito has its own unique flavor profile. The crust is perfectly crisp and chewy, making each bite an absolute delight. My personal favorite was the  Especial Pastel Pizza Pastelitos, with a flavor twist. The combination of fresh ingredients and the artful presentation make this food truck a must-visit spot for all pizza lovers. 2. La Heloteria (@laheloteria)

We also recently visited La Heloteria, a hidden gem run by the passionate owners Berenice and Abel. They brought the authentic taste of Mexican street corn from Monterrey straight to our city, and I can't get enough of it!

I had the chance to try both their white and yellow corn varieties, which are exactly like the ones you'll find in Mexico. Let me tell you, their flavors transported me straight to the bustling streets of Monterrey! 😋

But what really sets La Heloteria apart is their innovative concept. They offer delicious antojitos, and you can even add mouth-watering carne asada or brisket to your order. Whether you're in the mood for a simple treat or a loaded meal, they've got you covered.

Chicken lovers, rejoice! We recently stumbled upon Chicken Headz HTX, a food truck serving some of the juiciest, most flavorful fried chicken in Houston. As an influencer, I'm always on the hunt for the best eats, and let me tell you, this truck did not disappoint. From the moment you approach the truck, you're greeted by the mouth-watering aroma of their perfectly seasoned, crispy fried chicken.

Midwest Coney Connection brings a taste of Detroit to Houston with their mouthwatering Coney Dogs, and I had the pleasure of sinking my teeth into one of these incredible hot dogs. I couldn't wait to share my experience with you guys! The truck's retro design and welcoming staff make you feel right at home, and the aroma of their delicious creations will have your stomach growling before you even place your order.

The star of the show is, of course, their signature Coney Dog, featuring a juicy hot dog smothered in their homemade chili sauce, topped with diced onions and a generous sprinkling of shredded cheese.
